Sometimes people have the same ideas as others without even knowing it.
It's not like it's a new idea. Consider the great TV series "Star Lost" (well, you probably can't, because the odds are it's before your time and copies are not easy to find...) But really, similar basic principle.
Your accusation actually amounts to libel and could get you into serious legal trouble unless you can prove it's true.
