It drove me to drink, I'm afraid to say.....
Yes! I was like is she really leaving her kid? Is she also having a nervous breakdown? Is this just where her mind is going because of the strain of her sister's illness? I think the two sentences about leaving the kid threw me off the most. She's leaving her kid but this is all the discussion about it we get?
That's about my lot, I'm afraid. I'm still dazed and confused. And nursing a hangover....
I think she kills her sister and herself in the ambulance. Why have the scene where she puts the mobile away but keeps the cord in her pocket? Then we get a paragraph about how they don’t let the patients have objects that may be dangerous to them. Then we get her holding the towel over her sisters mouth and the black bird taking flight.
