Hello, and thank you, Mr. Rhodes. I do post on the blog section of Goodreads, my website (in much need of updating), and Medium, by far the best format of all three. These serve as a first step in my thinking “in public,” so to speak, as I organize thoughts and further investigate the topics. Blogs aid in refining ideas so I can better write about the subjects later in book form. But as my posts can be rough first drafts, potentially overly expressive, they also serve useful for what acting instructor Sandford Misner advised as a place to fail.
Having visited your website, I see you have varied interests in art and writing. There are some fascinating topics there. If you have not already seen it, you might be interested in an old Atlantic Monthly article by neuroscientist Nancy Andreasen, “Secrets of the Creative Brain,” July/August 2014. (Goodreads won't allow the link here.)

I am a high school English teacher. I plan to share what you wrote here with several of my students that are interested in or already have a profound love of creative writing.
On a side note, do you also write articles on Medium about science, history, and politics?
