I have always thought about writing my story, but don't know if it would help or hurt me in the end....
I'll tell you this. Most I know that have told their story have felt...lighter in the long run. There are a couple of ways to go about it. You can write it as fiction, mix it up a bit. Or you can tell it as is. You don't have to reveal your name to it either. That's what pen names are for. Whatever you decide, I wish you the very best with it.
