For what it is worth, this fan thought the ending of the series was just right. :-)
This fan thinks so too! I was appalled at all the attacks on you and am happy to hear that you still love to write. I wrote a 5 star review of the final Sookie book on Amazon and was amazed at the number of negative votes it generated. This must have been a drop in the ocean compared to what came your way.
People somehow forget that you were telling your story, not their story. I thought the end was just right when you consider that Skokie wanted family and normal, something she could never have with Eric. Best series ever!
