Hi Robert, thank you so much for you response. Yes, I do remember some conflicting opinions about Louis Botha, at the time! We had the privilege of having Churchill's grandaughter, Celia Sands, with us for the re-enactment and her son played the part of the young Winston.
Being a first time novelist is rather daunting. However, your sound advice has given me the confidence to take the first step in submitting my manuscript. Thank you so much. I will send you an email in due course. Any recommendations for publishers in South Africa will be much appreciated.

My publisher in South Africa is UCT Press, the publisher associated with the University of Cape Town. I think their beat is non-fiction so I cannot very well recommend that you try them. But then, its not my call.
