I completely feel in love with the Kricket series. I just couldn't help but feel sad when I finished them all. I also love how you ended it so you could possibly keep the story going which I feel would be a wonderful idea. I hope your publisher will give you the ok.

Wow... I just finished book 3 and omg I'm glad you had the balls to take it where you wanted it to go!! I was rejecting somethings early on, I'll admit it, but the ending works..the story line works. Again omg! I'm reading another series that was originally meant to be a trilogy that changed to a 4 book series....I think you can make it happen if you want it to happen. I would definitely read more. Who isn't wondering now what Kricket's next steps are, but either way I think this series is brillant! Nice work!
i definitely think that the publisher should listen to the fans who will pay for the next book in the series!!! I love reading about Kricket and think the whole series is great so far.

Yes, please tell us how to put this in motion. I have not felt this way about a series in a long time. I love Kricket so much I bought the books and bought the Audible versions too. I would own this series in everyway I could if you would write another book!
Hi Amy... Your publisher should definitely consider more books for the Kricket Series... It could be a Kricket series with a Trey and Kyon POV ... just a thought. Love you books... you are a fantastic author...

I'll totally purchase the paper and kindle copy. I really love the Kricket series. The way you wrote Kricket relationship with Kyon. I like Trey and I didn't think I could like Kyon, but I did. He's not some psycho. He was raised to think a certain way. Kricket is strong and the things she does/say really surprises me. I am Team Kricket. Thank you for introducing us to them to us and I really hope she finds her happy ending somehow.

Part of me loves how liberated Kricket was at the end...I felt relief right along with her and the letter at the end was simply profound...it's like, YES, give the poor girl a vacation! A chance to grow up, on her own terms! However...if you aren't finished with the characters yet - I could certainly knit my heart back together for another volume. :) :)
This isn't an insult to you at all, but I felt like too much was unresolved (or not resolved enough to satisfy me, lol) so I would love to see more Kricket. Like I said, I'm not saying anything bad about your writing. I enjoyed all three books and I think it's awesome you had the guts to end the series that way when everyone was probably expecting a sappy, romantic HEA.
PLEASE! Oh my goodness I just finished Darken the Stars and I'm in mourning now. I can't believe that ending...which totally leaves it open for future events. Honestly, I wish she would have brought Trey back with her to earth. I'm sad she left both those boys behind who worshiped her.

There's so much left unsaid un book 3 at the end. I just realized for some crazy reason that this was a trilogy. I was googling the next books release date hoping it would be soon lol. I really feel like the Trey/Kyon ending wasn't put to bed at all in this last book. I understand she loves both of them but at the same time my heart hurts for both. I can't put these books down and I think they should be a longer series. I've read other series with more than 6 books in them and this storyline beats those hands down.

Your series inspired me to finally write my own story and i'm about to self publish the first book in my series. I purposely decided to self publish and your comment about having to convince your publisher to continue your story made me pause. anyway, love your writing, the books in your premonition series are the only books i've ever read more than once (i've read it 4x) thats how much i love it. thank you for sharing your talent with the world.

I freely admit to knowing not a single thing about publishing, but I do know an amazing series when I read one. I loved this series. I had no idea it was just suppose to be three books. There are waaaaay to many unanswered questions. Who is her forever? What all does kyon really know? Can he really hear krickets thoughts? What is the deal with Gannett? Is her mom really alive and was hidden by her father in the Forrest of o this whole time? Simply put the story is not done being told. I can't continue to read other stories and think about this one... constantly, it's just not right! Someone else posted that this story "owned" them, I believe the story consumed me. Give us a 4th please!
I am so taken aback by your writing. I can't remember ever being as engrossed in books before reading the Kricket Series! I've blasted through them in a matter of days. I do hope that your publishers realise what a talent they are sitting on - a fourth book feels essential. I could easily see these being turned into screenplays. If they do I hope you have the honour of writing them! Fingers crossed for book 4
