Ryan Hey Thomas,

Thanks for responding at all, I greatly appreciate it.

I read through your ‘First Crusade’ and really enjoyed it and currently have ‘The Greatest Knight’ on my shelf patiently waiting. I’m more or less interested in works on Antioch, it’s formation and existence until the loss of Jerusalem. Your book seems to cover the creation of the principality and it’s brief endurance and also appears to be the most concise on that front. I see that S. Runciman covers this in his ‘A History of the Crusades Vol. I & II, but it’s my understanding that these are a bit dated. I see others (Kostick, Riley-Smith) have written about the Crusades but I don’t know how well it covers my interest versus simply chronicling the First Crusade. Anyways, always looking for suggestions.

I understand that your works are academic and I don’t mind saving my pennies.

-Thanks!
