Yeah it will be! I guessed this before book 2 came out haha. The sentence in question she has since said comes near the beginning of book 3, presumably when they're still in Kelsingra. Something to do with Fitz / Fool I'm now thinking...
Surely that's just a reference to the fact that he is a Farseer; that is after all his family sigil. And yes, I know that as a Fitz his own personal sigil would have a bar across, but book cover illustrators generally have a summary of the story and based their art on their own interpretations, I really can't see such subtly coming into play - especially as it would mean that Hobb would have to reveal, if only obliquely, the ending... to illustrators. Just can't see it.
