Karenhunt There's a Selig Vorkosigan mentioned in the tales as being from 300 years ago, during the "First Bloody Century" of the Time of Isolation. Tales about him include sneaking horses into besieged Vorkosigan Vashnoi, the Maiden of the Lake, and accepting a poor widow's drum-playing in lieu of her son. Miles apparently has his Vor-lord knife...

I've theorized that he's the founder of House Vorkosigan (one of the oldest Vor houses). Is this right?
