I've absolutely loved the Beatrix Potter series. It was smart, charming and poignant. Honestly I loved listening to the narrator Virginia Leishman so much I couldn't bear to "read" any of books but rather listened to them. Also adored the Robin Paige series. The historic aspects were what drew me in and the excellent writing and stories kept me entranced in both series. Any hope of another historic series?
