I don't really care whether there's smut or not, I just couldnt think of the words to describe the question. Submissive vs dominant probably is a better word for it.

Oh, then I guess I would say yes but it doesn't start out like that, there are multiple dynamic changes between them throughout the two books, and the "submissiveness" really takes off in this second book. (Kinda like Captive Prince if you think about it) But I think if you really enjoyed Captive Prince and their dynamic you'll really love this series!!!! :)
