Maybe, but this is more a teen romance than a good coming of age story. Most adults cringe at that much teen sex.
I did joke with a friend of mine about how it was really unsettling to read about the protagonist proudly making a guy Lonely Island himself in his truck.
Yeah, as as adult reader, I found it yucky & boring at the same time...not a good book, skimmed a lot & almost DNF.
