I just finished Take Me With You and now I see how you got the portrayals of the men right. You also got the children of those me, too. And the meaning of one person's love and how a child can make it if that's been there. The strengths and weaknesses in each character are so true. This book is percolating in me. It's the first by you that I've read, but won't be the last. Thank you for the book and for sharing this answer to the question.
