I have to agree. I just finished "The Girl on the Train". It had similarities to "Gone Girl" but I hated the ending of GG and the ending of GOTT was a bit more satisfactory. I can't say I would recommend either book. It is sort of annoying because I only read them (BOTH of them) because of all the hype. You would think a person would learn.
