I was talking about Bram. I think I asked the author about it at the time as well and he conceded that I had a point. He would have had to get an ESTA visa which usually takes 72 hours to process.
Dear Peter, I love all of your books. Just a minor point about Her Every Fear. I think it would not be so easy to get a visa to the States as a European citizen these days?! You always have to go through an online clearance (and perhaps more).... Sincerely, Birgitt
