You need to finish the whole series before you say that. The World building and plot is 3 times larger than twilight or most vampire books I've ever read.
I’ve seen enough reviews to know it doesn’t… it also feels a lot like Sarah J Maas, at least the love interest swap did. But I’m also not a SJM fan.
I didn’t enjoy a single thing in it to want to continue, it’s just not for me.
