Kirsten Thank you for the link! I looked through both articles. They were both very general and helpful! I currently have the lack of inspiration AND enthusiasm...

I'm writing a fanfiction, and the lore in the game doesn't give enough details on what exactly happened, and I don't have any ideas of what might have happened, so now I have no idea what to write for the scene.

The story in question is also my first story that actually has an outline, and I've already made a (cool-looking) cover for it.

Dr. Block Good for you. It is hard to get started writing. My first Minecraft books are between 4,000 and 8,000 words. Now, I routinely do 25,000-35,000 per book. Writing is a bit like a muscle; the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets.

One thought is to take a story you really like, and try adapt it to Minecraft. For example, if you were a fan of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, you could write a story about a bizzare witch or villager or illager who runs a chocolate factory and gives away potions that allow people to tour. Then, you could have two villagers and two players tour and get into situations similar to what happens in the Roald Dahl book.

This is a good way to practice writing without having to think of an entire plot.
