Michael, you.may have a point t, but given some of the EGREGIOUS errors u have seen in books in the past few years, I would not be at all surprised that editors would not catch it.
good theory. I also pondered the suffocation of Gran.
Very interesting take on what did or did not actually happen in this story, hard to tell though because so much of it didn't make sense.
I'm not buying that explanation. I think it was just a major plot hole that somehow wasn't picked up. It totally ruined the major courtroom surprise for me.
