Yes she does. A few moments before she "lifts the glass to her lips, toasts the room, and drinks" the narrator tells us "the plant extracts hit the glass, green spreads through the water snaking like a time-lapsed bud sped up a hundred-thousand-fold." Therefore, when she drinks from the glass, she is drinking poisoned water. She then throws the rest of the plant extracts toward the audience and runs out. She toasts to "unsuicide" because "in death there is life" and she doesn't see dying as an end of life.
