i totally agree with you. kalyba's forms when she shapeshifted were also white which leads me to believe that white butterfly in tané's hand is a shapeshifter. kalyba is dead (and somewhat evil) so she can't be it. neporo was rumoured to still be alive, her death never really confirmed afaik. so my theory is that neporo shapeshifted into a butterfly and stitched the jewel back into her descendant's (aka tané) body.
