I struggle with the phrase 'authentic self'. Regardless of where I am in life my belief has always been that I was being my true self, whether that is a truth is irrelevant.
It's ironic that the people that preach a true self or authentic self will put it to print for others to follow.
This book, for me, is a little too indulgent.

Happy for you. Not the case for the vast majority of the LGBTQ community.
