But at the end of Song, it's said that they eventually erased any trace of the 10th Games, so people think Haymitch is the only District 12 winner.
In the first chapter of the Hunger Games, Haymitch is called the "only living" District 12 winner.
Aside from the mentor interference, the 10th games had a televised story and a winner - there's no reason to use the power of the Capitol to alter that, call attention to it. We have no idea whether she survived - only that she led him back to the cabin and used the mockingjays to camouflage her hiding place.
So, either she died there, died or lived in relative hiding (and maybe was related to Katniss - surely we could draw something literary from her last words to Coriolanus being something about going out to look for Katniss), or became a rebel figure who definitely died before the beginning of 74. Plenty of room for more stories if she chooses to continue the series.
