Julia I don't think so... as a wife she cannot be compelled to testify against her husband. And aside from tell him to lie, I don't think she did anything to help or hinder the investigation. Some of what Favell said felt true, that de Winter was rich and a socialite and the law was uninterested in doing anything about it.
