Nice review! So you, too, have been struck by a jellyfish in the end? I couldn't sit for weeks.
Ian, but seriously, I think the point is that there is nothing in the media reliable anymore. There probably wasn't even a jellyfish there at all.

For me, it was less about the unreliability of everything, moreso about the challenging difficulty and inscrutability of truth as knowledge. Even when dealing with first-hand sources, we're still lost in the black ocean, reacting to the stings that touch us.
