There’s a line I came across once that stayed with me:
“Confusion is often the first sign that your reality has been slowly rewritten.”
It made me pause, because I realized how long I had ignored that feeling in my own life.
For me, healing didn’t start with clarity — it started with noticing that something felt off, even if I couldn’t explain it yet.
That realization ended up shaping a lot of what I write about now.
