Rick Back in March 2019, Big Finish released a wonderful tapestry anthology of interconnected stories featuring some of the wonderful female characters that have appeared in their other productions. The Eighth of March The Eighth of March by Lisa McMullin

If you haven’t listened to it, it is very entertaining. And now, this year 2022, they’re releasing a follow up.

The Eighth of March 2: Protectors of Time The Eighth of March 2 Protectors of Time by Lizbeth Myles

Matthew Kresal I've been meaning to give the original set a listen for quite awhile now, so this seems a good excuse to do so. Plus this will be the first time one of the characters from SJA will be appearing in the audios, if I'm mistaken.

Rick I think you’re correct about that. I’m rather hoping that some of the other “kids” from SJA might show up in some stuff as well.

Rick I enjoyed the first one, some I’m pretty excited about this one as well.

Rani Takes on the World Beyond Bannerman Road by Joseph Lidster Rani Takes on the World: Beyond Bannerman Road
Rani Takes on the World The Revenge of Wormwood by Nicholas Briggs Rani Takes on the World: The Revenge of Wormwood
These continue the story of the characters from The Sarah Jane Adventures.

There’s a third one as well now: The Eighth of March 3 Strange Chemistry by Karissa Hamilton-Bannis The Eighth of March 3: Strange Chemistry

Rick They haven’t announced one for 2024 yet. 😿

Rick Also nothing for 2025.
And now it appears nothing for 2026.

message 9: by Travis (new)

Travis That's too bad.
Liked the idea of BF doing a focus on the girls or team up story each year.

Rick I enjoyed the first three sets. Often a bit uneven, but that’s true of any anthology.
