Haha, I agree, but which one is better? I dare you!
Depends how badly they cook the steak and who is baking the cake. ;) I prefer LOTR because it is longer, deeper and more adult - the Hobbit is essentially a kiddies travel log with with quest book. BTW - I also view Unfinished Tales as additional appendices to LOTR.
