I really love the audiobooks! I think the narrator did a terrific job!
I recall when Tom Cruise was chosen to be the lead in "Interview with a Vampire." I was shocked and dismayed. But then I saw the movie and it was fine. Good actors can do great things with a decent script. So, if the script is good, I'm confident that the movie will be entertaining. I'm sure I won't like it as much as I did the books -- but, hey! They are two different animals! I loved the Harry Potter books and I loved the films for entirely different reasons.
