I agree. I had a hard time finishing it. It was a great start but then it lost me.
Same here. I first read it at 17 -- couldn't comprehend half of it (syntax!), but felt I CONNECTED with it. Tried re-reading it a few years ago and didn't get past page 10. It just wasn't my bag anymore, man.
