besides the title, pretty much everything is different. characters, zombies, locations, strategy and story - there is no relation to the book whatsoever
And I will second that also. The book... amazing. The movie... sh*t.
I wouldn't call the movie sh*t. I thought it was fine. The book was not fine, though. The book was beyond amazing.
The movie is a heavy handed attempt to show that man is killing himself through everything we do. The book is a collection of short stories about man overcoming adversity.
