Rachel was confused about her feelings towards Percy. And so was he. The kiss was harmless. I think you are forgetting Rachel was mortal and even then she fit in the Greek world so perfectly. Without her they would have never got through the labyrinth. She became the oracle. Are you saying the Oracle isn't important. That hairbrush scene is so important as it shows how brave she was and she saved percy. Can you hit the Titan Lord with a hairbrush. Rachel is so artsy and strong. She is an amazing character.
Im not sure where you're getting the whole thing about Rachel being stronger than Annabeth! She's not stronger...
That's cause Percy and Annabeth are actually dating! Of course she doesn't like that! Rachel isn't dating Percy so it doesn't really matter whether he spends time with her or not!
Oh my god.... This conversation is dumb! You're never gonna change your mind, and neither am I, so leave me alone

Rachel is so much stronger than Annabeth in many ways. Annabeth has demigod abilities. Rachel managed to get them through the labyrinth, stall Kronos, be a great asset in the Battle of Manhattan and become the Oracle - all while mortal. They would never get through the labyrinth without Rachel And if you bothered to read the quote I posted, you'd know that Rachel tried to get Percabeth together.

She would probably if she was a half blood.
Strength isn't all about being tough and strong. Annabeth is physically stronger, but emotionally and mentally, Rachel is. Whenever Percy spends time with ANYONE else, Annabeth gets mad, and Rachel doesn't care. Even Percy says he finds Rachel easier to be around. Meaning as a person, Rachel is a stronger personality! Strength isn't all about being smart or tough, strength is also about being a good person, and Rachel is a better person than Annabeth.

I think you're missing the point here. Percy. And. Annabeth. Were. Not. Dating. When. Rachel. Arrived. On. The. Scene. Rachel was just crushing on a boy who didn't like her in that way - which is perfectly normal - who was available and single at the time. Oh, and by the way - Heroes of Olympus would never have happened if Rachel hadn't made the Prophecy of Seven.

It's called a debate, and I have perfect right to comment on this topic with my thoughts.
