There are actually four in the series now...the third is A Lion Among Men, and a fourth called Out of Oz
Wicked was the best of the series. Actually, it got me started on Gregory Maguire and I've now read 8 of his books. I would recommend buying them used...I got all of mine at Goodwill. They were fairly easy
to find. :)
I've read confessions of an ugly step sister and mirror mirror, I definitely rate Gregory Maguire as a writer I just wonder if he's flogging the Wicked series now :/ never good for any writer to beat a series into the ground. I may have a look at book 3 when I run out of inspiration. Thanks for the heads up on the four books :)
This book was a big disappointment. I loved the musical, Wicked, but I did not like this book at all.
I liked most of Wicked but the last 3rd became just too whacked out, in my opinion, although I would love to see the show.
The show is Amazing but I have been a fan of most thing Oz since I was a child so maybe I'm a little biased :)
