How the author's name appears in the book was plainly explained in the foreword of the book. You need to go back and read that part, also.
Loved the book after I got past a few new thoughts. Remembering the book is fiction allowed me to relax and see what was the message of the book. Some very profound statements which led the lead character toward forgiveness. If we can get past our preconceived ideas, we can get the message in order to evaluate our own ability to forgive.
