Monty J Heying Individually, yes, but in a group, leaders will emerge. The group will select leaders who are rational and intelligent because they know they are more likely to be treated fairly and justly by them. Survival depends on order and order depends on justice.

All of whom, like Joseph Stalin, were forced on the people by a ruling elite.

Dubyah was a case of mass hynosis promoted by the Republican power elite using every larcenous trick in the book and crafting new chapters as they went, including that Butterfly ballot that nullified 30,000 votes in Democrat precincts.

Monty, the Iranian Premier was elected, although somewhat dubiously. I admire your optimistic outlook in the face of so much incontrevertable evidence
