that's what they said about the dark tower.... well, perhaps not the cocaine and prostitutes, but certainly no-one believed it'd be finished. and lo! behold. you never know. He's hugely rich and his medical insurance must be pretty comprehensive, and if he gets ill there's little else to do inh bed recovering except think about minute subplots.
