I agree... Peeta is a weakling and Gale is better fitted. But... there is nothing I can do
Gale is arrogant and impulsive and so is Katniss....Two impulsive people will never work. Peeta and Katniss have been through so much together, and understand what the other has been through. And Peeta risked a beating from his mother to save Katniss by giving her the bread when he didn't even fucking know her.
Gale, definitely - he was robbed - although I see the sense in Katniss ending up with Peeta because of their shared experiences.
