Winds of Winter is projected to be in 2014. However, with George RR Martin's rate at which he writes, I wouldn't be surprised if it took a lot longer than that.
You're going to be very, very lucky if the book comes out in 2014. I wouldn't hold my breath. Which also means that you have absolutely no chance of it coming out earlier than that. Looks like you'll have to re-read :/
