Same. I was very confused. At first, I thought it was someone who reminded Katniss of Prim. But my question is, why was Prim with all of those children instead of in the hospital helping out? How did she get there, and why did her mother let her leave?

I dont think she had a choice Allison. Coin being head and wanting to either get katniss on her side or damaged her in a way to get her there

Prim wanted to, but wasn't allowed. Then, Coin let her. Coin let her because she was planning on killing every child there and she thought that would weaken Katniss. She was afraid that Katniss would take her spot as president. Coin would do anything for power. She's a lot like snow in that way

i totes agree although nobody reallly did do much about Finnick's death.
