Linda Thanks for that. I knew the movie will be released in December but had no idea it was a two-parter. Probably will have to wait another year for the second part :P

Garrett The two parts, titled The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There and Back Again.
They are scheduled to be released on 14 December 2012 and 13 December 2013, respectively.
