I have to admit... I was kind of secretly hoping Jon would meet Dany and fall in love with her and 2 of them would rule Westeros... I know Martin would never go for something that obvious, but hope lives on... :)

Agreed. Yikes, that might even be worse than if he were dead. I'm just going to cheerfully continue along with my denial. Stab wounds don't always kill people you know!
