Much agree, Laura! Also, I sometimes think, especially with television, that we have become so visual oriented that we forget the lovely value of oral storytelling. It took me awhile, but I have come to love both media and would not want to be without either.

I agree with you, Laura. Perhaps because I was read to at bedtime as a child, though, I find it very hard to stay awake through a reading if I'm at home alone! (It's a wonderful way to sleep, however.)
