Do you sometimes wish that Stephanie would have to dog-sit for Morelli more often?
I have to agree with the original question. Having had many hamsters in my home, I'm always surprised that Rex is still going strong!
Janet used to own a hamster, and that's why now Stephanie has a hamster.
I agree -- the books never fail to make me laugh, but they are starting to fall into the silly vein with some of Lula's antics. I hope they will stay funny but not too silly!
We had lots of pet hamsters when my kids were little. None of them immortal like Rex. I thought Stephanie should have a room mate but knew she wouldn't have a lot of time to devote to care, so I chose a hamster. You don't have to walk a hamster and they have very small poop.
