Uhhh I really don't remember her going bipolar she has always made it clear to Eragon that she only wants to be his friend. Second didn't she say she was years and years older then Eragon which is a main reason that she doesn't want to date him. Your also leaving out the important detail that she may not even have feeling for him and I don't recall her ever leading him on. She has been his friend, and nothing more. As for Eragon forgiving her, when did that happen? She forgave him over and over when he starts saying things about how they should date and stuff.
