more focus in our exercise(decrease our bad habit to scroll our social media) and decided the important things for your day.
Before going to bed, make some notes. Evaluate how it was today, note what needs to be done tomorrow and, what needs to be changed
In beginning of day, choose when you going to be productive, if you choose in the morning then sleep early also if you choose in the evening then sleep at morning, I do believe everyone has their own perspective in this. Second one is make a to-do list everyday that's will help you organize your activities though a day.
