The problem is that these books are being marketed for teens/young adults. I just don't think the material was appropriately written for this age group, especially considering it was such a break from the previous books in the series. I really do think that less is more. It's better to imply something and let your mind create what it will than to be very explicit. Again, just my opinion.
But can we all agree it is a book about a women who kills for profession. In 2. book there is scene were she torture a guy, in detail xD How is that ok with kids but this is not?
