Ok i totally agree with you! I love my lil' Newt to death (pun not intended), but I still feel like they need to stay true to the original story on this matter. I understand that movie adaptations are always different to the books, but we're talking about the death of one of the series' most prominent characters, and as much as we all want to, in order for the story to actually reach its climax, that aspect cannot be overlooked.
BUT I LOVE NEWT SO FREAKING MUCH and at the cinemas I will be THAT person intently sobbing to herself who will annoy the whole cinema haha.
