Sampark Sharma I don't think I could have put it any better than you have. The starting pages, though having problems of their own, were promising enough for me. What saddened me the most was how linear the plot and characters became once the most crucial events started taking place. I expected the story to gain momentum, but there just wasn't that edge to the writing. Like I pointed out earlier, there were no larger motives or goals. I haven't tried any other Gaiman as of yet, but I plan on picking up either Stardust or American Gods in the near future.

Ken If you know your mythology, American Gods is the superior tale.
