exactly!!!! It's like a teenager would write these books... and what's wrong with Josie?? doesn't she have any friends, no social life from before??? No background no nothing...
Were these your first reads from her? If you enjoy historicals, I highly recommend her McCabe Trilogy. It is fantastic. In my opinion, her historicals are her strength. I wish she would crank them out! LOL
I hated this whole series too. The first book started out good but after what Gabe did I couldnt get past that and the other two I DNF.
