Longbranch

Longbranch (formerly known as Longreach) was the half-brother of Woodhue / One-Eye, lifemate of Brownberry and father of Nightfall. In his life, he 'trained' Pike as howlkeeper and storyteller. He was killed by Madcoil.

It is known that he has lived through five chiefs (Freefoot, Tanner, Goodtree, Mantricker, Bearclaw). It is probable that Owl fathered Longbranch. The stories tell that Owl has a twin-brother, Greywolf. Greywolf took nearly all the wolfblood in their mother's womb, making Owl nearly pure-blooded.
